Every time I attend a social function such as a marriage, office parties or other social gatherings, I feel out of place. Me being an introvert is not necessarily the reason. But my observation that half the people are fake, trying to impress others by being over the top, and attending the function so that they can consume booze and dance crudely and offensively.
A social convention with friends, no more than 4 or 5 at a time, spending time away from the hustle and bustle of the city, is what I thoroughly enjoy. Pure bliss.
