Baked a cake that all went well up to the baking part, but I couldn’t get it out of the baking tray! Not sure if that was because I used a glass tray instead of the usual aluminium one.
I was happy with the effort and the taste, though. Whatever I could cut out was delicious.
The sound of thought 
This happens to me too. I’ve learned to grease with butter even when I’m using a non-stick vessel, but with other materials, I grease with butter and flour.
